Fifth Competitiveness Plan for the Galician Automotive and Mobility Ecosystem

The implementation of the Plan enables the Galician Automotive and Mobility Sector to strengthen its strategic capacity at a cooperative level, allowing it to proactively anticipate new competitive scenarios.

VISION

To place the Galician Automotive and Mobility Ecosystem in a position of competitive and sustainable leadership by 2030, contributing to progress and quality of life in our environment.

The Fifth Competitiveness Plan for the Galician Automotive and Mobility Ecosystem (PCAM 2030) has 10 Strategic Challenges that form the basis of the Strategic Framework from which the 36 Operational Plans have been drawn up. These Plans develop the main activities to be carried out in order to achieve the proposed objectives.

The PCAM has been prepared based on the contributions of CEAGA member company managers, both through surveys and through their active participation in the different workshops established, as well as on the reflections of CEAGA’s management body, i.e., its Board of Trustees.

The strong changes currently suffered by the automotive sector must be turned into an opportunity and progress factor for all member companies in CEAGA.

This plan proposes the next steps to be developed by the Sector in order to reach its objectives of competitiveness, digital transformation and industrial excellence. These actions are framed into ten functional areas:
