Since 1999 this company has been developing RFID software and hardware, starting its operations in Mexico. In 2023 they started a new company in Spain. They are focused on:

Products and services
With the RPMS (Returnable Packaging Control System), this company makes the production chain efficient to control and count in seconds the pieces supplied in returnable packaging, since each box has an RFID tag relating the pieces it contains. This system is used for loading and unloading in assembly plants and Tier I, II and III suppliers. With this, the system can identify that the suppliers supply the complete material to the plant, avoiding manual counting. With this same solution, applying AI, it can identify that suppliers have returnable packaging supply up to 6 months in advance to avoid problems in the production area. In conclusion, RPMS controls the entire logistics process of the movement of parts in and out of the plant. The Accsys Track Fixed Assets Control System allows to identify all the company's assets from tools, laptops, furniture, etc.
Processes and technologies
Forklift RPMS implements tools to detect if they are circulating through areas that do not belong to them, or if they take or leave packages that do not correspond to what was requested. With this, operators no longer have to be looking at a sheet or a screen, since the system itself informs them if they are performing their activities well and if their productivity is within the required standard. One of the main advantages of this technology is that warehouses or warehouses become dynamic, since now the system indicates the best location according to the type of product they have and do not depend on a location fixed on a map or a standard.
